After a fantastic weekend catering for a wedding at Croesyceiliog Coffee Bar we've got a busy couple of weeks ahead with orders from our regulars at Millbrook, Gwent Wildlife Trust and Aquabus as well as the Autism Awareness Fayre at Cwmbran Stadium - there willl be 300 hungry people for us to keep happy on that day - hope they keep room for Pollys delicious desserts! There will certainly be sherry trifle, banoffee pie and lime cheescake on the menu. Also pleased to welcome our first booking from a new customer - AllSorts Training. As always looking forward to impressing our customers with our yummy homemade food.

We enjoyed a fantastic Welsh Day in Abergavenny last weekend and it was great to see so many familiar faces. This month we're delivering delicious buffets to several of our regular business customers and next month we've got some exciting bookings planned with two weddings, a Hog Roast in Llangasty and a trip down to Cardiff Bay. Let's hope the sun starts to shine soon!

This weekend Dean and I are celebrating our first year’s anniversary of running Polly’s Buffets. We’d like to say a huge thank you to our fantastic staff who have stayed with us when Mike and Pauline retired. They do a great job and continually raise their standards to meet the ever changing needs of the business. We also extend a warm welcome to the new customers we’ve catered for this last year and another huge thank you to our regular customers who repeatedly recommend us to friends, family and colleagues. We look forward to providing yet more delicious and nutritious food this year and as always aim to exceed the best expectations of our customers. We start this month with lots of birthday parties – from 4year olds to 90 year olds! Steph

Happy New Year! Polly's have had a great start to 2012 delivering fresh fruit and bagels for a series of welcome meetings in Newport, as well as creating some new halal samosas and pasties for one of our regular customers. Next week we're catering for a very special birthday party as our little girl turns the big 04!

What a fantastic weekend! Polly's Buffets delivered a buffet and refreshments to the Newport in Bloom celebrations on Friday night and we were back up early again on Saturday morning preparing to deliver some delicious puddings to all the Welsh students in Caldicot. Today we have a new customer in Newport so as always we're up early getting ready to impress!
